1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase from BaiChlo Boutique! If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

1.1 Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged or altered after receipt.

1.3 Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at Info@baichlo.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags.
  3. Include the RA number and a copy of your original order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria for Refunds:

  • Returns must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.2 Refund Process:

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

2.3 Refund Exceptions:

  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Refunds may be delayed or denied if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the return process is not followed correctly.
